Chanel Energies et Puretes Collection | Review + Swatches

Chanel Energies et Puretes Collection Review Swatches Tweed Coralline Cherry Blossom Blush Plisse Lumiere de Chanel Jardins Eclatants Jardins de Lumiere Energie Vibration Corail Radieux Rose Ravissant

Coming to you today with a lil update after being absent for a few weeks because I've got a lot of craziness going on in my life right now...both the good kind and the bad kind! Anyway, my local Chanel counter recently got in the Energies et Puretes collection, which is soooo beautiful that I wish it had been the regular summer collection (bc I like this one a lot better if I'm being honest!).

The collection is full of bright, juicy, summery colours as well as softly glimmering and shimmering ones - the perfect combination! There are two 4 Ombres Eye Palettes ($61 for 0.07 oz.) in 284 Jardins de Lumieres which is a varied palette of subdued hues that allows you to bring a pop of colour in the daytime or nighttime while still being subtle about it, and 292 Jardins Eclatants, which is a shimmering, soft pinky nude palette.

Additionally there are three Rouge Coco Shines ($37 for 0.10 oz.) in Corail Radieux, Rouge Lumiere and Rose Ravissant (shown below in that order). LOVE Corail Radieux and Rose Ravissant! And there are two perfectly matching Rouge Allure Colour & Shine Lipglosses ($37 for 0.2 oz.) in 26 Energie (bright orange-coral) and 27 Vibration (bright strawberry pinkish-red) to go along with the RCSs in case you want something a little more full coverage.

And for the grand finale, the Energies et Puretes collection brings us the most beautiful cheek products...first up, the Plisse Lumiere de Chanel Illuminating Powder ($70 for 0.35 oz.). Oh gosh. Sooo beautiful. It is so soft, finely milled, pigmented, with the most gorgeous, radiant shimmer that is medium and buildable in intensity. Really close dupe to Dior's Nude Air Luminizer ($56 for 0.21 oz.) in 001 Nude Glow (or Glowing Gardens Illuminator in 002 Glowing Nude). Also the Chanel powder has a lot of product and is priced really well in light of that fact!

And for the cherry on top, Chanel has given us two gorgeous Les Tissages de Chanel Tweed Effect Blushes ($48 for 0.19 oz.) in 100 Tweed Coralline, a bright, vibrant orange-coral, and 110 Tweed Cherry Blossom, a bright, vibrant reddish-pink. I love both, but Tweed Coralline is my favourite...they are extremely pigmented and you will only need a very light hand to get beautiful pigmented application for your cheeks. There is a sparkly overspray that will dust away with use. They are almost too pretty to us...almost being the operative word there! The colours are so beautiful and perfect for summer...I'm getting a ton of enjoyment from Tweed Coralline!
